About this role:

We are currently seeking an experienced technical designer to assist on projects as needed. Must have a keen eye for detail and experience in AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret designers concepts into plan. 

General Qualifications:

• Apply technical drawing expertise to interpret our design team's concepts and communicate them in plan, elevation and section in order to produce working drawing sets from Schematic to Design Development to Construction Documents in AutoCAD and or REVIT.

• Interpret, understand and apply corrective feedback/redlines to ensure accuracy and design/code compliance for drawing sets.

• Ability to read and understand other consultant’s drawings (MEP, Structure, Arch) and their implications to the overall design.

• Accurate and efficient production of high-quality drawings in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 1 year advanced experience in AutoCAD, along with general knowledge of Bluebeam, REVIT, Photoshop and Sketchup, and/or other 3D modeling software

About this role:

Tidewater Home & Gift, expanding soon to Tampa, is seeking an energetic Marketing Manager to continue & drive our company's growth initiatives. Must be an organized self starter, with a polished professional appearance and demeanor. This position is part-time to start, however can quickly grow in to a full-time role.

You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and maintaining a positive relationship with our client base to drive new sales.

General responsibilities include:

  • Content creation - including video, reels, still images, etc.

  • Researching event opportunities
  • Influencer marketing
  • Weekly e-mail marketing & newsletters
  • Workshop coordination

  • Build and foster segmented contact lists
  • Maintaining website and blog
  • Researching new trends and products
  • Assist in retail operations

Position will be based at our new retail shop on Water Street Tampa, where you will also help us assist customers/clients as needed. Hourly wage plus bonus + commissions and employee discount.

The ideal candidate will act as a brand steward, and enjoy cultivating relationships with clients through exceptional service and design support. 


  • Acts as brand steward in all interactions with Clients, Designers, Vendors and Co- workers
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring customer experience
  • Provide relevant design advice, product knowledge and product recommendations both in store and through virtual design appointments to ultimately contribute to brand sales goals
  • Resolve client needs quickly through quick communication and partnership from leadership
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through order and quote follow up
  • Assist in receipt of shipments, transfers, as well as merchandising; ensure selling floor is adequately presented and stocked to brand standards
  • Accurately process transactions using Shopify POS
  • Other tasks assigned by Leadership


  • 1 year of retail or relevant sales experience in interiors/home furnishings, retail brand or client service industry
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to engage with clients
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent on brand client service standard and ability to demonstrate best practices
  • Proven ability to sell, utilizing product knowledge, brand inspiration and design/décor
  • Ability to use a PC or iPad for web navigation, email and Zoom
  • Experience with Shopify POS a plus
  • A passion for the home design and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek solutions; a self starter
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong sense of personal style


  • Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS system.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days to as well as weekends and holidays
